Now, some build notes:

Regarding the use of acetone, it's not the most dangerous chemical in the world (it's used in nail varnish remover for example) but it's always a good idea to wear suitable gloves when handling it and be in a well ventilated environment during its use so you don't breathe in the fumes. It's also worth noting that the vapours themselves are very flamable, so keep sparks and open flames well away from your work area during use. Again, this is why it's important to be in a well ventilated environment.

Loved the video, but where do you plug in your USB pens and other devices? I would've added an extra panel underneath near the power button with USB 3 ports.

Maybe there's a way to bridge the CPU heatsink to the aluminum table bottom to make the whole bottom of the table function as a sort of heatsink.

It would have been a lot better if you added an extra space in the table to but the mouse and the keyboard when they are not in use

Interesting. There are a couple things about this build I'd worry about long-term: 1. Pulling up dust from under the desk. But that's really no worse than a tower place on the floor, if you maybe add a mesh over the intake holes. 2. The possibility of the exposed heat sink's cooling fins getting bumped or kicked, which would indirectly impact the CPU and motherboard. A conventional case would protect against that better. Maybe a cage or strong grid to guard it?

If I had your skills I would make a flip up screen with keyboard and touch pad from the table table on a panel. Completely hidden and looking like it’s from a bond movie.

suggestion: mobile pc. so sorta like a laptop, obvious it will not be thin. so something smaller than that case they had on the twilight zone "one for the angels" Seeing how they make all kinds of adapters for the hardware.

.. I would like to know if the temperature of the under or upper sides are greater than that of the ambient °C. They would be, of course, but how much warmer are they, and if not too hot, I think it might be interesting to use the aluminium as a possible heat sink.

Hey Mr. DIY Perks, I know it's been a while since this video was already published, but I felt like posting a question once the video got to the "CPU Thermals" -section. You weren't particularly impressed by the Prime95 test results, and I could not help but to wonder whether you had disabled AVX and AVX2 when running the Prime95 torture test? On newer CPUs, yours included, it will cause massively distorted results, and you should by all means disable AVX and AVX2. Thank you for the content. :)

For the hidden monitor. I would’ve just put a large flat screen on the facing wall and utilized it and the screensaver as a digital frame until it the computer was in use.

it is a 100% completely good project, however just to add one extra aesthetic, i would join an extra beveled wooden edge around the whole table, hiding the aluminium, and giving it a comfortable feel...but it is also great, just like it is...
